Poppets are digital background images created to allow the inserting of faces, and in the case of Poppet Rockets, your own newborn baby and young children.

How much does the service cost?

The Poppet service costs $35 (AUD) per image, per child.


What do I receive?

You will receive a high resolution image of your selected Poppet with your child’s face edited into the ‘frame’.


How long before I get my completed backdrop?

After image suitability confirmation, please allow 48 hours to receive your images. During public holidays this period may be longer.


I like more than one Poppet, can I purchase more than one?

Yes you can! Simply add your favourite Poppets to your cart and when we receive your order and photos of your own child.


I have more than one child that I want to use this service for – can I upload multiple photos for the same backdrop?


A poppet for each child will need to be purchased separately.

If you want to purchase a poppet for more than one child, we recommend you do this separately to ensure the photo upload process works smoothly.


Can I use my own backdrop or one that I have previously purchased?

The Poppet Rockets service is only available for backdrops expressly purchased from Poppetrockets.com only. No third party or previously purchased backdrops will be accepted for editing.


What editing is included in the service?

Editing will be done on baby’s image to make it compatible with the selected backdrop, for example: light levels, skin tone, blemish removal, white balance etc. If you prefer blemishs not to be removed or minimal editing to be done, please specify this during checkout.


Can I get a refund for my order?

After you have completed your order, we will check that the photos you have uploaded comply with the photo upload guidelines. Once this has been done your image will submitted for processing. Once this has occurred we cannot offer a refund.
